Key Responsibilities
- Identify and research new sales opportunities across target industries
- Reach out to potential customers via phone, email, and other channels to generate interest
- Develop relationships and manage early-stage prospecting activities
- Schedule Discovery Calls for Key Account Managers/Technical Account Managers/Bid Manager
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to maximise lead conversion rates
- Maintain accurate CRM records and track progress against KPIs
- Stay up to date with company offerings and competitors to effectively position our solutions
- Provide regular updates on pipeline and sales progress to senior leadership
Key Requirements
- 1-3 years' experience in a business development, sales, or lead-generation role
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Confident phone manner and proactive attitude
- Experience in high volume outreach through a multi-channel approach
- Ability to work to targets and manage your own time effectively
- Experience using CRM tools (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce) is desirable
- Passion for building relationships and a drive to grow within a fast-paced environment
