Comfortable with ambiguity, you approach challenges with flexibility and confidence, driven by a relentless curiosity to improve and innovate. You balance a detail-oriented mindset with strategic thinking, ensuring precision without losing sight of the bigger picture.

  • Proven experience in strategic internal communications and creating compelling content.
  • Passion for connecting people to purpose and driving cultural alignment, with strong understanding of audience segmentation and channel strategy.
  • Knowledge of how internal communications influences employee experience.
  • Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills with a focus on clarity and impact.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, including experience advising senior leaders.
  • Proficiency with tools such as MS Office, Dot Digital, Poppulo, SharePoint, and Viva Engage.
  • Experience using AI to complement expertise and maximise efficiency.
