The Client Support will be responsible for (but not limited to):

  • Capture recommendations and new business activity accurately and correctly within the client record
  • Submit, process and monitor client transactions, record associated income estimates and maintain records on a timely basis
  • Maintain client record information accurately and in line with best-practice guidance
  • Schedule diary events and client meetings in a practical and effective way
  • Conduct client presentations of our client portal
  • Review, issue and follow up reports to clients
  • Be a point of contact for client queries and manage client expectation throughout the JCW advice journey through regular and appropriate communication
  • Prepare pre-meeting packs and deal with post meeting actions
  • Prepare and following up Letters of Authority
About You
  • Friendly and outgoing
  • Have strong attention to detail and accuracy skills
  • Have good IT skills including a working knowledge of MS Office
  • Ability to prioritise and have good communication skills
  • Desirable: Experience in processing new business in a financial services firm
  • Desirable: Holds a certificate in financial services or is working towards it
