This self-employed role is ideal for a motivated individual seeking greater autonomy, flexibility, and the ability to earn a significantly higher proportion of commission on every sale.

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Managing your own exclusive patch in London or Greater London
• Valuing properties and securing new instructions
• Handling negotiations and managing the sales process
• Building strong relationships with clients and delivering high standards of service
• Growing your local reputation and business portfolio 

What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Proven experience at Senior Negotiator, Lister, or Branch Manager level
• Strong valuation and instruction-winning track record
• Deep understanding of the local property market in your area
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the drive to grow a business
• Highly professional, confident, and self-motivated
• Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle essential
