Position Overview

We are currently seeking a professional and enthusiastic
Direct Marketing Specialist
to join our growing team.
This is a client-facing, full-time, on-site role based in Liverpool, ideal for someone passionate about communication, customer engagement, and brand promotion.

You will be responsible for supporting the execution of direct marketing strategies, engaging with customers face-to-face, and representing client brands at promotional events and campaign activations. This role offers the opportunity to work across multiple accounts and industries, gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Engagement
: Act as a first point of contact for customers during campaigns, providing detailed information about products, services, and offers through face-to-face interaction.

Brand Representation
: Represent client brands in a professional and consistent manner during in-person events, promotional activities, and community outreach initiatives.

Campaign Support
: Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of local and regional promotional events, product launches, and direct marketing campaigns.

Client Collaboration
: Work closely with account managers to understand client goals, campaign objectives, and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Market Insights
: Gather and relay customer feedback and competitor insights to contribute to continuous improvement and strategic decision-making.

Reporting & Documentation
: Maintain accurate records of campaign activities, customer interactions, and feedback for internal reporting and performance tracking.

Team Contribution
: Collaborate with colleagues across departments to ensure alignment and timely delivery of project milestones and marketing objectives.

Required Skills & Experience

* Previous experience in a marketing, sales, promotional, or customer-facing role is preferred but not essential

* Exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal skills

* Ability to remain professional, approachable, and composed in high-pressure environments

* Demonstrated initiative, adaptability, and problem-solving abilities

* Strong time management and organisational skills

* A keen interest in marketing trends, consumer behaviour, and brand strategy

* Comfortable working on-site and outdoors during campaigns or events

* Eligibility to work in the UK
