If so, we'd love to welcome you to our friendly, supportive care team.

We're an established local care provider, proudly serving our community since 2018. Over the years, we've built a reputation for delivering high-quality, person-centred care — and for looking after the people who make it all possible: our staff.

At BooCare, we believe in caring just as much for our team as we do for our service users. You'll be paid for every part of your working day — including travel time and any gaps between visits — and enjoy guaranteed hours, so you can count on a stable income. We'll also support your growth with ongoing training and development opportunities.

We're a small, close-knit team that values kindness, teamwork, and personal growth — because when you feel supported, our clients receive the best care possible.

What You'll Do:

  • Support individuals with their daily routines — mornings, lunchtimes, and evenings
  • Assist with personal care in a respectful, dignified way
  • Prompt and support medication as needed
  • Accompany clients to shops, appointments, local groups, and events
  • Help with light household tasks and meal preparation

What You'll Need:

  • A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
  • A genuine passion for caring for others
  • Experience in home care (preferred but not essential — full training provided)

Our care covers Somerton, Langport, and surrounding areas.

Pay & Benefits:

  • £12.50 per hour – Monday to Friday
  • £13.25 per hour – Saturday & Sunday
  • £21.00 per hour – Bank Holidays
  • 45p per mile mileage allowance
  • £75 welcome bonus after 3 months in the role
  • Enhanced Pay for overtime

Plus:

  • Paid induction and full training
  • Free DBS check and uniforms
  • Guaranteed hours & paid travel time
  • Opportunities to gain further qualifications
  • Regular company events and wellbeing support
  • Free on-site parking
  • Supportive, friendly working environment

If you're ready to join an established, trusted care company where you'll be valued and supported, we'd love to hear from you.
