It has a historic base providing mobile caretaking services to over 700 hundred properties across England and Wales. These core services include grounds maintenance, cleaning services, property inspections and minor repairs
Assistant Regional Manager will contribute to Community Property Care's mission - Making Property Managers Lives Easier and Keeping Customers happy. They do this by helping the Regional Manager manage the region regular grounds maintenance, Internal cleaning services, Fire doors Inspections, reactive repairs and all staff. And must lead by example at all times.
Salary Range: From £ £38,000.00 per annum depending on experience + company Car
Hours: Monday – Friday 8am – 4pm
Job Type: Full time, Permanent
Location: Our office in Newport, Hybrid and on the Road

- You will provide a pivotal role in overseeing and managing all teams in the region.
- develop and implement strategic plans for the regions operations setting goals and defining KPI's
providing day to day guidance on job training and performance reviews
Person Overview:
- Great management and leadership skills.
- Be able to build and maintain client relationships
- Developing and maintaining effective work processess and realtionships and proposing solutions for day to day operations service delivery challenges.
- Maintain high quality standards
- Manage the regions recruitment process including conducting interviews to meet the regions needs.
- Happy to travel to all sites in the West
- Using all the systems provided correctly and ensuring all staff are doing the same. (for example Jotform's)
- Ensuring all work is closed down corectly ready for account billing.
- Preparing new quotations for contracted works and reviewing existing contracts before renewal quotes are sent.
- Build a relationship with all the region's property managers and residents by personally delivering outstanding customer service at all times.
- Monthly auditing of sites to ensure staff are meeting the standards expected
Pay: From £32,000.00 per year

Experience:
- 2 years experience in a management role within the property maintenance industry.
- Strong Leadership skills
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build a rapport and negotiate effectively
- Knowledge of relevant health and safety standards
- Proficient in Microsoft office
Licence / Certification:
- Driving Licence (required)
Work Location: Hybrid, On the road and be able to travel to our office in Newport
