How you'll make a difference

Your exceptional leadership capabilities will inspire and empower, as you lead our BI Reporting team through the most significant technology and data transformation we've ever been through. You'll play a pivotal part in delivering insightful, compelling reporting and semantic models and will be a key point of contact for stakeholders across our change, data and analytical functions.

What will you bring to the role?

  • Strong, visible leader who role models, cares, connects and coaches to drive performance, change, positive engagement and deliver against challenging objectives.
  • Ability to analyse and solve problems effectively
  • Strong experience of using modern BI technologies
  • Advanced SQL skills
  • Experience of building and maintaining semantic models, application of Kimball methodologies
  • Able to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical colleagues.
