Duties

  • Conduct personalised massage sessions tailored to individual client needs, incorporating various techniques such as Swedish, deep tissue, or sports massage.
  • Assess client requirements and develop customised treatment plans to optimise results.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and relaxing treatment environment in accordance with health and safety regulations.
  • Keep detailed records of treatments provided and monitor client progress over time.
  • Educate clients on post-treatment care and recommend suitable wellness practices.
  • Manage appointment scheduling efficiently to maximise client satisfaction and practice productivity.
  • Uphold professional standards of conduct, confidentiality, and hygiene at all times.

Experience

  • Proven experience as a Massage Therapist or similar role within a recognised establishment.
  • Knowledge of human anatomy and physiology is essential for effective treatment delivery.
  • Certification from an accredited massage therapy programme or relevant body is required.
  • Prior experience with diverse massage techniques is desirable.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and understand their needs.
