Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Relations Representative to join our team. This role is pivotal in ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering positive relationships with our clients. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a knack for problem-solving, enabling them to effectively address customer inquiries and concerns. A multilingual background is highly desirable, as we aim to serve a diverse clientele.

This role will need the perfect canddiate to be based in Southampton, Portsmouth or the Isle of Wight. As regualr trips to see customers are the island is required.

Duties

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Perform data entry tasks accurately to maintain up-to-date customer records.
  • Utilise effective phone etiquette to create a welcoming atmosphere for customers.
  • Analyse customer feedback and provide insights to improve service delivery.
  • Engage in upselling opportunities by recommending additional products or services that meet customer needs.
  • Maintain knowledge of company products and services to provide informed assistance.
  • Meet customers face to face

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a customer service role is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills in English.
  • Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyse information and make sound decisions based on data.
  • Proficiency in data entry with attention to detail.
