- Assisting and managing project development and delivery
Who you are matters
You must have a degree in any subject at 2:2

You should be comfortable working as a team, able to adapt to different situations and can approach problems in a creative way. You should also be willing to travel to different sites around the UK on occasion.
What you'll get out of it
Once you've completed the scheme, you'll become competent in Rail Operations (logistics), understanding complex contracts, basic vehicle engineering principles, what it means to create, live and breath a Safe Service, managing supply chains and building cross-industry relationships.
Whilst we can't guarantee a permanent position post scheme, you will be eligible to apply for any suitable roles that become available. Our Graduates usually go on to secure senior roles within Network Rail. The skills you acquire will support your career development.
