As a Digital Solution Specialist – AI Workforce (Modern Work), your focus is winning customers' technical decisions and driving digital transformation through Modern Work solutions. Collaborate in a virtual team to educate customers, demonstrate solutions, and exceed revenue goals. Deepen technical expertise across Microsoft and non-Microsoft cloud technologies

Responsibilities

  • You develop strategies for driving and closing strategic and/or prioritized opportunities, and lead the planning and execution on opportunities with resources and partners to cross-sell, up-sell, and co-sell.
  • You orchestrate the model to proactively drive deal closure by aligning internal stakeholders and leveraging relationships with partners.
  • Additionally, you share competitor knowledge across solution areas as a subject matter expert to inform decisions.
  • You lead a team to explore business and emerging opportunities to optimize the portfolio and facilitate customer innovation.
  • You review and coach others based on feedback reports and set long-term strategies to maintain client satisfaction.
  • You engage with stakeholders on business planning, rhythm-of-business (ROB) meetings to review and plan for strategic accounts. You act as a thought leader and validate input from business analysis.
  • You manage the end-to-end business for strategic accounts across the organization and proactively seek training to share with team members.

Qualifications

  • Extensive technology-related sales or account management experience
  • OR Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field AND significant technology-related sales or account management experience
  • OR equivalent experience
  • Relevant of solution sales or consulting services sales experience
