Role Overview

As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you will play a key role in shaping and driving our infrastructure strategy. You will lead automation initiatives, enhance CI/CD workflows, manage cloud-native environments, and collaborate closely with engineering teams to deliver high-performing systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and optimize cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP)
  • Lead development and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines
  • Drive infrastructure-as-code practices using Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar
  • Implement robust automation frameworks across development and deployment cycles
  • Ensure high availability, scalability, and security of production systems
  • Guide and mentor junior DevOps engineers
  • Collaborate with software teams to improve deployment efficiency and system reliability
  • Oversee monitoring, alerting, and performance tuning for cloud environments

Required Skills & Experience (7–14 Years)

  • Strong hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and container orchestration
  • Advanced experience with AWS/Azure/GCP cloud environments
  • Deep understanding of Linux systems, networking, and distributed systems
  • Expertise in CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps)
  • Proficiency with IaC tools (Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation)
  • Strong scripting skills (Python, Bash, or PowerShell)
  • Sound knowledge of monitoring and logging platforms (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, CloudWatch)
  • Proven ability to work in cross-functional agile teams
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £40,000.00-£95,000.00 per year
