We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Assistant to join our dynamic team. As a Sales Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team, engaging with customers, and contributing to the overall success of the business.

Duties

  • Assist customers in selecting products and services that meet their needs, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
  • Utilise effective time management skills to prioritise tasks and manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously.
  • Demonstrate strong phone etiquette when handling inquiries and providing information to customers.
  • Engage in upselling techniques to maximise sales opportunities while maintaining customer trust and satisfaction.
  • Maintain an organised workspace, ensuring that all products are displayed attractively and inventory is well-managed.
  • Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations and address any customer concerns promptly.
  • Support bilingual or multilingual communication efforts, particularly English cater to a diverse customer base.
  • To achieve sales targets

Experience

  • Previous experience in a sales or customer service role is essential.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage time efficiently.
  • Proficiency in English is required; additional language skills are highly desirable.
  • A demonstrated ability to sell products effectively and engage customers positively is an asset.
  • A friendly demeanour with the ability to communicate clearly and confidently with customers from various backgrounds.

Pay:

National Minimum Wage + Commission
