Deputy Manager
to bring their expertise, dedication, and leadership skills to our
BRAND NEW
therapeutic children's home in Wolverhampton. This role is an opportunity to
influence, guide, and support both staff and young people
, ensuring the highest standards of care while fostering a nurturing and therapeutic environment.
We are committed to providing
trauma-informed, therapeutic care
that truly makes a difference in the lives of the young people we support. Our homes follow our in-house Model of Care (based on the
PACE model)
, creating an environment where children feel safe, understood, and valued.
As a Deputy Manager, you will play a vital role in embedding this approach, ensuring that therapeutic principles are consistently applied across all aspects of care, and supporting your team to build strong, trusting relationships with the young people in our care. You will also receive extensive training, including a qualification in DDP.

What We're Looking For
To join our team, you must:
- Hold a Full Manual UK Driver's License.
- Have a Level 3/4 qualification in Children & Young People's Workforce
- Have more than 3 years' experience in Children's Residential Homes
- Be motivated, resilient, and ready to embrace every challenge with a positive attitude.
- Have an open-minded approach to working within a Therapeutic Environment.
