Your Role
As a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner, you will:
- Provide high quality care, learning and supervision for children aged 0–5
- Plan and deliver exciting, meaningful and age appropriate activities following the EYFS
- Help maintain a nurturing, stimulating and safe environment for every child
- Build positive, trusting relationships with children, families and colleagues
- Observe, assess and record children's development
- Support each child's emotional wellbeing and individual needs
- Work collaboratively within a small, friendly and dedicated team
- Uphold strong standards of safeguarding, organisation and cleanliness
- Contribute your ideas and creativity as our nursery continues to grow
About You
We're looking for someone who is:
- Level 3 qualified in Early Years (essential)
- Warm, approachable and genuinely passionate about working with young children
- Confident in delivering the EYFS and maintaining excellent safeguarding practice
- A team player with a positive attitude and strong communication skills
- Reliable, enthusiastic and committed to providing the very best for every child
