Description
We're looking for passionate people to join our Butlin's Team in our traditional Fairground for the Christmas period.

Our fairground teams create unforgettable experiences for our guests and we are currently looking for amazing team members to join us in our Leisure department. You will be working in our brand new fairground and soft play. No experience is necessary and we will give you all the training you need. Working alongside a fantastic team and our buddy systems for new starters, we will support you every step of the way to ensure you gain the skills and confidence to truly get stuck in.

As a leisure attendant you're responsible for the safety of every guest who attends our rides and activities, by checking they're secure, supervising at all times, height restrictions along with appropriate guardians when needed, keeping everything tidy and hazard free, inspections and of course making sure everyone is enjoying their Butlins experience.

Our new team must be able to work Mondays and Tuesdays, Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Years Eve and New Years Day.

This role will be a fixed term, 24 hour seasonal contract and does not come with live on accommodation.

Contract from 21st November until 1st January 2026 with the opportunity for seasonal work in 2026

About You Don't worry to much about relevant experience, If you have a warm, friendly manner we can teach you the ins and outs of working as part of our fairground team. If you do have any previous experience, we would also love to hear from you.

Being a great team player is essential and you should also enjoy the buzz of a busy environment. No day will ever be the same, so you should be happy to try new things.
