This is an on-site role based in our Photo Studio in Brent Cross, London

About the role

As an Image & Retouch Coordinator at Fenwick, you will play a key role in ensuring that all product imagery across Fashion and Non-Fashion categories meets our brand and creative standards. Acting as a vital gatekeeper within the Product Life Cycle, you will oversee the quality, accuracy, and consistency of assets before they go live, working closely with the Studio, PLC team, and Photography to maintain a smooth production flow. Your focus will be on delivering high-quality imagery that enhances customer experience while meeting speed-to-site and turnaround KPIs.

This role requires a sharp eye for detail, strong organisational skills, and confidence working across multiple workflows. You will manage the output of our third-party retouch partner, monitor daily production progress, troubleshoot technical or quality issues, and ensure images are processed efficiently. With the ability to sign off assets, call out reshoots, and perform in-house retouching, you'll directly influence the quality and reliability of imagery across

The ideal candidate is proactive, collaborative, and highly detail-orientated, with strong communication skills and proficiency in Photoshop. You'll work independently while partnering closely with studio teams and digital stakeholders to maintain high creative standards and ensure smooth operational delivery. What we are looking for in a candidate...

  • Highly organised and detail – orientated.
  • An eye for detail and high standards.
  • Proficient in the full Adobe Creative Suite, with strong skills in Adobe Photoshop .
  • Experience with Capture One is preferred but not essential .
  • Capable of generating detailed reports to support decision-making .
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Able to work independently, prioritising workload effectively.
  • A strong collaborator, with ability to problem solve.
