Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and versatile Fixer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a broad range of construction and repair skills, enabling them to tackle various tasks efficiently. Responsibilities

• Perform roofing repairs and installations as needed.
• Conduct plumbing tasks, including fixing leaks and installing fixtures.
• Execute welding projects for structural integrity and repairs.
• Carry out electrical work, ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
• Utilise hand tools and power tools effectively for various construction tasks.
• Engage in carpentry work, including building frameworks and installing cabinetry.
• Handle plastering duties to prepare surfaces for painting or finishing.
• Fabricate components as required for specific projects.
• Understand and interpret schematics for accurate project execution.
• Participate in construction painting to enhance the aesthetic appeal of structures.
• Undertake masonry work, including bricklaying and stone setting.

Skills

• Proficiency in roofing techniques and materials.
• Strong plumbing knowledge with hands-on experience.
• Welding skills with the ability to work with different metals.
• Electrical experience, particularly in residential or commercial settings.
• Competence in using hand tools such as saws, drills, and wrenches.
• Familiarity with power tools, including grinders, sanders, and nail guns.
• Experience in carpentry with an eye for detail in construction projects.
