About Us

Rockliffe Hall is an AA-rated 5 red star resort in the north of England and is set within 375 acres outside the village of Hurworth, near Darlington in County Durham. We aim to provide an outstanding personalised service to each guest who stays, spas, golfs and dines and with us, acknowledging special occasions and making them memorable for all guests. We are currently seeking a full time Spa Therapist to join Team Rockliffe

The Role

The main responsibilities of the role will be (but not limited to):

• To upsell the wider range of Spa Treatments and products at every opportunity
• To be product aware for promotion of treatments and retail
• Advise on the best treatment for each individual guest
• To carry out treatments, including massages, facials with the utmost care and attention at all times
• Continually develop professional skills and product knowledge and use it to deliver the highest level of treatment services
• Ensure treatment room presentation standards are maintained
• Anticipate guest and members needs
• Maintaining the cleanliness of the Mud Room between treatments
• Ensure health questionnaires are completed and appropriate advice is given
