Level 3 IT Solutions Apprenticeship - Advansys Technologies Limited

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated candidate to join our team as an IT Software Support Apprentice. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for IT and software who can quickly learn new skills, understand software workflows, and is eager to grow in a fast-paced environment.

Apprenticeship Overview

Salary: £7.55 an hour, Automatic pay increase after one year on programme for 19+ year olds
Working Week: Monday - Friday, 8.00am - 5.00pm, with a 1 hour break
Hours: 30 hours per week
Duration: 18 months
Level 3 IT Solutions Technician standard qualification
Online training supported by our dedicated tutor

Duties

  • Act as the first line of support, answering calls and responding to client queries in clear, professional English.
  • Assist in providing technical and software support to clients and internal users.
  • Learn and understand our software products in depth to provide effective user training and support.
  • Create and manage system configurations as part of client setup and ongoing maintenance.
  • Train users on how to use the software effectively and resolve basic technical issues.
  • Log, track, and resolve support requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with the development and support teams to improve user experience and system performance.
