This new part-time post (0.6FTE) is available from 1 November 2025 on a fixed term basis (for 9 months until 31st July 2026).

This position could be an opportunity for an internal secondment, with approval from your current line manager.

Summary of the role

A temporary administrator is needed to join our Researcher Development and Research Culture team to support a range of Research Culture activities within the team including the Researcher Led Initiatives as well as areas of the Researcher Development Programmes for our Early Career Researchers, other Research Staff and Postgraduate Research Students.

You will need to have administrative experience, be able to deliver an exceptional level of customer service, have great IT skills, the ability to handle complex processes, tracking progress and reporting on outcomes as well as outstanding communication capability.
