The Opportunity
We're hiring a Head of B2B Brand Communications to guide how ambitious tech brands communicate.
The right person will think clearly, write with purpose and understand how ideas earn attention. You will shape brand narratives, direct campaigns and ensure every message feels consistent, confident and human.
This role is suited to someone who has led brand or marketing functions and wants to apply that experience to storytelling that cuts through complexity.
The Ideal Candidate
You've led marketing or brand teams in B2B or technology. You know what it takes to bring structure and clarity to complex ideas. You think in strategy, speak in stories and can spot when a message isn't landing.
You've worked with agencies and creative partners before. You value the ones who listen, challenge, and deliver work that elevates the brand. You believe strong communication is a business advantage, not a soft skill.
You understand the tension between technical precision and emotional impact. You know how to brief, how to align teams, and how to turn information into belief.
You're driven by clarity, collaboration and the pursuit of better communication.
What You'll Do
Develop and implement brand communication strategies for B2B clients.
Craft clear, audience-focused messaging across all touchpoints.
Direct multi-channel campaigns with internal and external partners.
Support creative teams with insight and strategic direction.
Keep communications consistent and effective across every format.
What You'll Bring
Proven experience in senior marketing or communications roles in B2B or technology.
A strong grasp of brand positioning and message architecture.
The ability to lead teams and shape ideas through collaboration.
Confidence in presenting to senior stakeholders.
A curiosity for innovation and how it changes the way people think.

We're building a studio that helps technology brands communicate with clarity and confidence. You'll work with a small team that values precision, curiosity and trust.
Salary: £60,000–£75,000 DoE
- Benefits: 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, hybrid working, pension scheme, annual training budget and creative development sessions.
