Salary: £12.60 per hour

Contract: Permanent, Part-Time

Working pattern: Monday-Friday, 2 hours per shift flexible after 5pm.

Total: 10 hours per week

Job Summary

As a Cleaner, you will play an essential role in maintaining and enhancing our clients' spaces. You'll be part of a friendly team working together to create outstandingly clean, safe environments that keep our clients happy.

You will complete a range of cleaning tasks in a safe and effective manner, promptly reporting any issues or safety hazards. Your safety is very important to us, so we will ensure you are up to date with the latest policies and receive all required training to carry out your role confidently.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Responsible to the Team Leader.

As a Cleaning Operative, you will be expected to:

  • Provide cleaning services within our clients' sites, ensuring high-quality service and excellent customer satisfaction.
  • Complete a full range of cleaning tasks, including mopping, vacuuming, dusting, emptying bins, cleaning kitchen areas and restrooms, and other general duties as required.
  • Maintain good working relationships with colleagues and site employees.
  • Stay up to date with best cleaning practices, products, and techniques.
  • Commit to equality, diversity, and non-discriminatory practices in all aspects of your work.
  • Comply with current Health & Safety legislation at all times.

Skills and Experience Required

  • Self-motivation, flexibility, and enthusiasm
  • Good organisational skills
  • Awareness of relevant Health & Safety procedures
  • Commercial cleaning experience: 1 year (preferred)
