The Role

You'll be the
on-site lead
for a major data centre estate, responsible for:

  • Driving
    contract performance, compliance and uptime
    across all critical systems
  • Leading and motivating on-site engineering teams and supply-chain partners
  • Ensuring all technical, statutory and contractual KPIs are exceeded
  • Managing budget, risk, lifecycle planning and client reporting
  • Building a strong partnership with the client and acting as their trusted FM expert

This is a flagship contract. You'll be front and centre, steering operations and ensuring the site remains
resilient, efficient and always on
.

What You'll Bring

  • Strong FM or Technical Services background (critical / data centre experience ideal)
  • Solid understanding of
    M&E, HV/LV, UPS, generators, cooling and BMS
  • Experience managing FM contracts in high-risk, high-availability environments
  • Confident managing budgets, performance, and client relationships
  • The ability to lead teams, solve problems fast and influence at all levels
