About us: Together an Active Future (TaAF) is a partnership of organisations across Pennine Lancashire working to make it easier for everyone to be active in ways that matter to them. About the role: Together an Active Future (TaAF) is a partnership built on curiosity, trust and the belief that change happens when people learn together.

Insight at TaAF isn't about dashboards for their own sake. It's about listening differently and uncovering patterns that help partners see their place through a new lens. It's about turning complex health and demographic data into stories that spark action, confidence and collaboration. Your work will help local people, councils, health teams and community organisations understand what's really going on and what needs to happen next.

As our Insight Manager, you'll make meaning from complex, real-world data: analysing population-level trends, modelling impact and illuminating inequalities. You will be translating and communicating data, insight and learning in a simple and engaging way, with appreciation for our teams working with real people in real places. The role will work alongside qualitative colleagues to blend numbers with lived experience, helping partners learn, adapt and make better decisions that support long-term change.
