Position: Spa Therapist

Location: Inglewood House and Spa Type: Part-time

Key Responsibilities:

● Provide professional and rejuvenating spa treatments, including facials, massages, and body treatments, tailored to our guests' needs.

● Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming spa environment.

● Promote and recommend spa services and retail products to enhance guests' experience.

● Collaborate with the team to ensure a seamless and luxurious guest experience from arrival to departure.

About You:

● Qualified Spa Therapist with relevant certification (e.g., NVQ Level 3 or equivalent).

● Previous experience in a spa or wellness environment, with hands-on treatment skills and reception experience.

● Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-end environment.

● Passionate about providing exceptional customer service and creating memorable guest experiences.
