Your new role
- Working in a Data Centre environment, providing customer support ensuring Service Levels are maintained and the ticketing system is fully up to date
- Work alongside experienced engineers, learning from them through structured training programs and on-the-job experience
- Learn a range of technical skills including cabling/patching and the installation of server, network and storage hardware
What you'll need to succeed
- No experience required – just a willingness to learn with a friendly, professional and flexible attitude
- You must be able to pass security checks for this job, including SC and BPSS clearance
- Full UK Driving License and your own personal car is essential for this position
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure whilst maintaining attention to detail

The role will be based full time at the Data Centre so please ensure you are happy with the commute to the Farnborough site on a daily basis (post code GU14 0LL).
