Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Shift Pattern: Rotational shifts, including evenings, weekends and sleep-ins

We are now looking for passionate, resilient, and committed Residential Support Workers to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day care, support, and supervision to children in a homely and therapeutic environment
  • Build positive, trusting relationships with children and young people to promote emotional wellbeing and personal development
  • Support with daily routines including meals, education, activities, and personal care
  • Maintain clear and accurate records, including daily logs, incident reports and care plans
  • Work collaboratively with the wider care team, social workers, therapists, and other professionals
  • Ensure safeguarding and safety procedures are always followed
  • Promote independence, life skills and positive behaviour in line with individual care plans

What We're Looking For

  • Experience working with children or young people in a residential or similar care setting (preferred)
  • A compassionate, patient, and understanding approach
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Resilience and the ability to manage challenging behaviours
  • A willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends and sleep-ins
  • Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or willingness to work towards)
  • Full UK driving licence (preferred)
