Junior System Administrator

Join a dynamic financial services technology team as a Junior OneStream System Administrator, supporting global finance stakeholders. This role offer hands-on experience with OneStream and other EPM tools, providing daily support, troubleshooting, and driving new functionality.

This is a maternity cover Fixed Term Contract of 12 months with the expectation of an office presence 3 days a week.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support financial close, planning, budgeting, and forecasting cycles
  • Build and maintain cube views, dashboards, and reports
  • Assist with global allocations and chart of accounts management
  • Administer user security and transformation rules
  • Provide technical and functional support via ServiceNow
  • Investigate and resolve incidents and change requests
  • Deliver user training and maintain documentation
  • Collaborate with finance and IT teams to meet deadlines and improve processes

Skills & Experience required

  • Hands-on experience with OneStream (support and reporting). Hyperion Financial Consolidation (HFM) would be considered
  • Competent with Cube views set up and Business rules )
  • Strong communication skills, able to explain technical concepts clearly
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and quick to learn
  • Comfortable working independently and in teams
  • Familiar with Git, JIRA, SQL/SSIS, and MS Office
  • Knowledge of other EPM tools such as SAP BPC, SAP BFC, Anaplan, Hyperion, HFM, Hyperion Planning, Tagetik, Profix, Cognos Tm1
