Job Title: Collection & Delivery Driver

Location: Audi Approved Epsom

Hours: 0-hour contract, working Monday to Friday, 4PM–6PM.

About the Role:

As a Collection & Delivery Driver at Audi Approved Epsom, you will support the smooth flow of vehicles between the workshop and the dealership front. You will ensure vehicles are moved promptly, safely, and professionally, helping maintain an efficient service experience for customers and colleagues. This role is ideal for someone reliable, punctual, and comfortable handling vehicles with care and consistency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Vehicle Movement: Move vehicles between the workshop, forecourt, and parking areas as directed by the aftersales team.
• Safety & Care: Drive all vehicles safely and responsibly, ensuring they are handled with care and positioned correctly.
• Customer Service: Represent Audi Approved Epsom professionally when interacting with customers on-site.
• Support Workshop Flow: Assist technicians and service advisors by ensuring vehicles are in the right place at the right time.
• Vehicle Checks: Carry out basic visual checks (fuel level, cleanliness, damage) and report any issues promptly.
• Record Keeping: Log vehicle movements clearly and accurately where required.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with service and workshop teams to maintain efficient operations.

About You:

You are dependable, organised, and confident moving vehicles in a busy dealership environment. You take care when driving and can follow instructions clearly. You enjoy being part of a team and understand the importance of maintaining a smooth customer journey. You present yourself professionally and uphold the standards of the Audi brand.

Skills and Attributes:

• Full UK Driving Licence: Essential, with a strong track record of safe driving.
• Attention to Detail: Careful when manoeuvring vehicles and following instructions.
• Customer Focus: Polite, helpful, and professional in all interactions.
• Team Player: Reliable and supportive, working well with colleagues in a fast-paced environment.
• Time Management: Able to complete tasks within the tight 4PM–6PM window.
• Safety Conscious: Follows all site safety rules and maintains high safety standards.
• Calm Under Pressure: Able to navigate busy forecourt areas with confidence and care.
