  • Aptitude for computing, MS Office and knowledge of ECU systems would be an advantage

  • Sound electrical or mechanical knowledge of engines and their hybrid systems

Hold these qualifications…

  • Engineering Apprenticeship/BTEC/HNC mechanical engineering preferred

Success in this role will be if you…

  • Responsible for the day-to-day operation and continuous improvement of the Power Unit Test Facilities
  • Supervise and develop a team of Test technicians
  • Support instrumentation, calibration, operation & maintenance requirements for area of ownership
  • Develop your team with the required mechanical, electrical and software skills to support the operation
  • Develop and implement a facilities support strategy to include in-house skills and develop skills matrix
  • Development of test systems and test methodology
  • Contribute to the strategic planning and monitoring
  • Report to the Manager of the Test Operations Department
  • Facility related Health, Safety and Environmental Management
