We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Door to Door Sales Representative to join our team. This role involves engaging with potential clients directly in their neighbourhoods to promote our products and services. Experience with B2B sales are highly desirable, as is the ability to analyse customer feedback and sales data using Salesforce. Responsibilities

  • Conduct door-to-door visits within designated neighbourhoods to introduce our products and services
  • Identify potential clients and generate new sales opportunities through personalised engagement
  • Build rapport with customers, understand their needs, and tailor pitches accordingly
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales activities using Salesforce CRM software
  • Analyse customer feedback and sales data to optimise sales strategies and improve outreach effectiveness
  • Communicate complex information clearly in both English and Spanish, as required
  • Follow up with leads and existing clients to ensure satisfaction and foster long-term relationships
  • Adhere to company policies, local regulations, and health & safety guidelines during all interactions

Experience

  • Proven experience in B2B sales or direct sales roles is preferred
  • Strong analysis skills with the ability to interpret sales data and customer insights
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms is advantageous
  • Fluency in Spanish is highly desirable to effectively communicate with a diverse client base
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, confidence in engaging strangers, and persuasive communication abilities
  • Organised, self-motivated, with a proactive approach to achieving targets
