Handle Recruitment is seeking an experienced Conference Producer to provide support for a B2B events business for the healthcare and finance sectors on a contract basis.

*This is a temporary contract to begin ASAP until January initially. Working 3-4 days a week with the option to work remotely or hybrid in North London. Pay rate £20ph*

In this role you will:

  • Source and recruit approximately 50 speakers from pre-defined organisations
  • Conduct initial outreach calls to potential speakers and discuss their topics
  • Collaborate with the event director and editorial team on content planning and speaker topics
  • Participate in discussions with sponsors about content and speakers, aligning goals

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Prior experience in conference production or speaker engagement, ideally within B2B sectors such as investment, private equity or finance
  • Strong communication skills and confidence in outreach calls
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholder relationships efficiently
  • Experience working with tight deadlines and target-driven environments
  • A good understanding of the professional landscapes relevant to the event
