At Virgin Atlantic Airways, we believe that everyone can take on the world, and it's our vision to become the most loved travel company. As we embark on this next exciting stage of our journey, we're harnessing our spirit of entrepreneurship and innovation to challenge the status quo.

In a nutshell

At Virgin Atlantic, data sits at the heart of how we make commercial decisions. As PRM Insights & Development Manager, you'll lead the evolution of our pricing and revenue management analytics capability — designing automated solutions and advanced reporting that shape the way we optimise revenue across our network. You'll guide a talented team of analysts to deliver scalable insights, streamline processes, and help our commercial teams make smarter, faster decisions. This is an exciting opportunity to lead innovation within a high-performing team that directly influences Virgin Atlantic's commercial success story.

Day to day

  • Lead the design, development, and implementation of analytical tools and automated reporting solutions across Pricing & Revenue Management (PRM).
  • Translate business challenges into scalable data products and insights that improve pricing effectiveness and revenue optimisation.
  • Partner closely with the Data & AI team to align PRM needs with technical delivery, ensuring solutions are future-focused and fit for purpose.
  • Drive consistency, standardisation, and best practice across PRM analytics, improving data integrity and operational efficiency.
  • Shape and lead a small team of analysts — setting clear objectives, developing capability, and maintaining a culture of curiosity and excellence.
  • Act as a key liaison between Commercial, PRM, and Data functions to ensure alignment and contextual understanding.

About you

We're looking for an inspiring analytics leader who combines technical expertise with commercial acumen, guiding teams to turn complex data into actionable insights that drive performance.

In addition to the above, we're also looking for the following:

  • Proven experience leading analytics or data science teams within a commercial or pricing environment.
  • Strong understanding of data modelling, automation, and visualisation tools, with the ability to guide others in their use.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, translating data into actionable commercial insights.
  • Confident managing complex projects from concept to delivery, balancing competing priorities with structure and focus.
  • Proactive and collaborative, with a passion for using data to drive continuous improvement and performance.

If this sounds like you, and you would like to unlock your potential with us, we would love to hear from you
