Begin your journey in financial advisory with a two-month intensive training programme at our International Training Academy in Mauritius. This is followed by a permanent placement in one of our global offices. Please note the training is not UK based, with a start date in January 2026

The Role

We are seeking energetic and exceptionally organised individuals with experience in sales, business development, or lead generation to support our advisors. You will play a crucial role in expanding our client base and ensuring client satisfaction. Your efforts will directly contribute to the success of our global operations while paving the way for your own career growth.

Core Responsibilities

  • Support existing clients and identify new business opportunities through research, referrals, and outreach using tools like LinkedIn.
  • Create and optimise digital marketing campaigns and social media strategies to generate leads and grow client networks.
  • Manage administrative and compliance processes to ensure seamless client acquisition and retention.
  • Build strong referral networks by leveraging connections within the organisation and beyond.
  • Collaborate closely with advisors to grow client portfolios, bringing innovative ideas and achieving shared success.

Our Ideal Candidate

  • You have at least one year of solid work experience in sales, business development, or lead generation.
  • You are an excellent communicator, confident using the phone, video conferencing, and in-person meetings.
  • You enjoy networking, building relationships, and bringing innovative ideas to life.
  • You are motivated by success, thrive under pressure, and can adapt quickly to challenges.
  • You possess integrity, energy, and a strong desire to develop your career in financial services.
