We are seeking a skilled Mechanical / HVAC Project Manager to oversee and manage mechanical building services projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities, excellent time management skills, and a solid understanding of mechanical / HVAC systems. This role requires effective communication with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure project objectives are met within the specified timelines and budgets.

Would suit someone form a trade background in plumbing or pipefitting or a graduate looking to make their first move.

As a project manager, you will be required to:

  • Lead and manage mechanical building services / HVAC projects, ensuring adherence to project specifications and timelines.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams and trades to facilitate project execution and resolve any issues that arise during the project lifecycle.
  • Develop detailed project plans, including scope, schedules, and resource allocation.
  • Monitor project progress and performance, adjusting as necessary to achieve project goals.
  • Conduct regular meetings with team members and stakeholders to provide updates on project status and address any concerns.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols throughout the project duration.
  • Ensure cost control of projects with financial reporting and payment applications.

Candidate:

  • Proven experience in project management within the mechanical building services sector.
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to liaise with diverse teams and clients.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Strong analytical skills with a problem-solving mindset.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £50,000.00-£55,000.00 per year
