We're proud to be partnering with an incredible global FMCG brand to find a dynamic and motivated Raw Material Planner to join their high-performing Supply Chain team. This is a chance to play a critical role at the very heart of the supply chain, supporting some of the brand's most iconic products across EMEA.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create robust material plans to determine the raw materials, ingredients, and packaging required for production
  • Monitor raw material and packaging stock levels to ensure optimal availability
  • Implement inventory controls to minimise excess, obsolescence, and shortages
  • Collaborate closely with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and strong working relationships
  • Review supplier performance and recommend improvements where needed
  • Partner with Finished Goods and NPD teams to refine supplier forecasts
  • Use forecasting tools and historical data to continuously improve demand planning accuracy
  • Analyse production, inventory, and supplier data to support decision-making and produce management reports

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience as an MRP Planner or similar supply planning role within FMCG
  • Strong working knowledge of MRP/ERP systems — understanding of SAP essential
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insight
  • Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management and supplier negotiation skills
  • Adaptable, proactive, and comfortable thriving in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
