Role Overview
As a Research Analyst, you'll work closely with senior traders to uncover investment opportunities in equity and options markets. You'll deliver real-time insights on breaking news and conduct deep analysis of upcoming volatility events. Your work will help identify overlooked opportunities by uncovering new information or reinterpreting existing data-directly influencing trading decisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze and identify upcoming volatility events
  • Provide real-time commentary on breaking news
  • Evaluate special situations including M&A and corporate actions
  • Collaborate with derivative traders to develop investment ideas
  • Attend company events and industry conferences as needed
  • Conduct token valuation analysis

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 3+ years of experience in financial markets or progress toward CFA preferred
  • Strong preference for candidates with crypto-specific experience
  • Excellent written, analytical, and financial research skills
  • Demonstrated interest in macroeconomics and geopolitical developments
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with trading environments and derivative products is a plus
  • Self-starter with strong communication skills and problem-solving ability

Desired Skills and Experience
Bachelor's degree required

3+ years of experience in financial markets or progress toward CFA preferred

Strong preference for candidates with crypto-specific experience

Excellent written, analytical, and financial research skills

Demonstrated interest in macroeconomics and geopolitical developments

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
