We have an opportunity to join our small team based in Hastings.

Job Description:

As a Domiciliary Care Worker, you will provide personalised care and support to one individual in their own home, helping them with daily living tasks, personal care, and meaningful activities. You will also support them to access their local community, ensuring they receive compassionate, consistent, and reliable care.

Key Responsibilities

· Assist with personal care, including washing, dressing, and grooming

· Support with meal preparation and hydration needs

· Prompt or administer medication as directed

· Accompany client to medical appointments and social activities

· Carry out light household duties such as cleaning and laundry

· Maintain accurate records of care delivered

· Communicate effectively with client, family, and the wider care team

· Always uphold confidentiality, dignity, and respect

Please note that every client's needs are unique, and additional duties may be required.

Requirements

· Genuine passion for caring for others

· Reliable, empathetic, and patient nature

· Good communication and time management skills

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team

· Weekdays and Weekend working required.
