Senior Arboricultural Team Leader

We are looking for a full-time, Senior Arboricultural Team Leader to join our dedicated team of Arborists. The position would suit a highly motivated, hardworking and enthusiastic individual looking to further develop their Arboriculture career with leadership responsibility.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage and organise a team of up to five members of staff at any one time.
- Be comfortable communicating with clients.
- Ensuring a high standard of professionalism is always maintained.
The ideal candidate will:
- Have a minimum of 5 years in the industry.
- Have relevant NPTC qualifications (i.e: CS: 30, 31,32, 38, 39 and 41).
- Have a MEWP ticket and a Traffic Management NWRSA.
- Be able to demonstrate safe and competent climbing and working practices.
- Have a certificate of competence in Brushwood Chipper Operations.
- Have a full UK driving licence and the ability to tow.
Desirable:
- LGV/HGV – C1 or C1 + E on a licence.
- An academic tree qualification.
- An NPTC aerial tree pruning CS40 ticket.
