Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards across various environments. This position requires attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to communicate effectively with both team members and clients. A valid driving licence is preferred as the role may involve travelling to different locations.

Duties

  • Perform cleaning tasks in accordance with established standards, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitising surfaces.
  • Ensure that all areas are kept clean and tidy, including offices, restrooms, kitchens, and communal spaces.
  • Handle cleaning supplies and equipment safely and responsibly.
  • Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing client requests and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain effective communication with team members to ensure seamless operations.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a cleaning role is advantageous but not essential.
  • Strong communication skills in English to interact effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour.
  • A valid driving licence is preferred for transportation between job sites.
