Job Title: Financial Analyst Payroll & Invoicing

9Nexus is a growing company committed to delivering excellence in business operations and financial management. We are looking for a Financial Analyst with strong expertise in invoicing, payroll processing,  and leave management.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Invoicing & Accounts Management:

  • Generate and manage invoices with accuracy and ensure timely follow-ups for payments.
  • Maintain and track invoices in advanced Excel sheets, ensuring proper documentation.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to resolve any invoicing discrepancies.
  • Reconcile invoice records with company accounts and ensure compliance with financial policies.
  • Track and manage billable days of employees to ensure accurate invoicing.

2. Payroll Management:

  • Process payroll accurately and on time.
  • Maintain employee salary records and ensure all payroll-related data is up to date.
  • Handle salary disbursements, statutory deductions, and benefits administration.

3. Leave & Attendance Management:

  • Monitor and manage employee leave records, ensuring compliance with company leave policies.
  • Accurately calculate and process leave encashment for eligible employees.
  • Ensure proper tracking and updates of employee leave balances in the HRMS system.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Educational Background: Bachelor's/Masters degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.

    Experience: 5-7 years of experience in payroll processing, invoicing,  and leave management.

  • Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables)
  • Hands-on experience with HRMS & payroll software.

  • Key Competencies:

  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and timeliness.
  • Proactive & alert in identifying and resolving financial discrepancies.
  • Strong analytical skills for payroll and invoicing management.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact with internal teams and clients.
