Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Landscaper or Ground Works (SSSTS) Team Supervisor to lead our teams.

Works we perform:

Groundworks

Landscaping

Rooftop/Balcony - Paving, Decking, Planters on rail and pedestal Systems.

You would be responsible for delivering high-quality hard landscaping and Groundworks schemes. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in various paving techniques, general landscaping and Groundworks. As a Team Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring safety compliance, and fostering a collaborative work environment. Being able to read from plans and effectively set out works to begin. Actively monitor quality of works as they progress and work with the teams delivering works when not undertaking direct supervisor duties.

Essential Criteria Needed To Apply

Blue Skilled CSCS, SSSTS, Experience in Landscaping and or Groundworks.

Preferred Criteria

Gold CSCS card, Plant, First aid, Manual handling, Small tools Etc

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of team members on-site to ensure efficient workflow and project completion.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members in the use of power tools and hand tools for various construction tasks.
  • Conduct regular inspections of work performed to ensure adherence to quality standards and safety regulations.
  • Train new employees on best practices
  • Maintain accurate records of project progress, materials used, and any issues that arise during construction.
  • Foster a positive team culture by encouraging open communication and collaboration among team members.
  • Address any conflicts or performance issues within the team promptly and professionally.
