Mechanical Supervisor (HVAC):

Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Mechanical Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge and leadership skills, with a proven ability to manage projects effectively. This role involves supervising a team of subcontractors and ensuring that all HVAC systems operate efficiently and safely. The Mechanical Supervisor will play a crucial role in maintaining high standards of quality and performance on the project.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and lead our supply chain on a project, providing guidance and support in their daily tasks.
  • Manage projects from inception to completion, coordinating resources and timelines effectively.
  • Interpret and work from schematics and technical drawings to troubleshoot issues and implement solutions.
  • Collaborate with other contractors on site.
  • Conduct regular inspections of equipment to identify potential issues before they escalate.
  • Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a supervisory role within a mechanical environment.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities, fostering a positive work environment that encourages teamwork.
  • Proficient in English, both written and verbal, with strong communication skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical documentation effectively.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving with a focus on maintaining operational efficiency.
  • Qualifications and experience in HVAC systems.
