- Responsibilities
Administration & office organisation duties
Managing daily emails, phone calls & WhatsApp enquiries in a timely and professional manner
Organising files, documents and digital folders
- Preparing invoices, receipts, quotes, contracts & job sheets
- Keeping track of jobs completed, pending and upcoming
- Updating all records accurately and on time
- Finance Tracking & Expenditure
- Recording all expenses
- Tracking incoming payments
Experience
Previous office or administrative experience is preferred but not required; we value enthusiasm and a willingness to learn. Strong computer literacy skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage time efficiently.
Grade 4 or above for GCSE math's and English is preferred.
Training will be provided for our new apprentice. This Business Administration Apprentice position is perfect for motivated individuals eager to develop skills in office management while making meaningful contributions to our team's success. PROGRESSION
