Our client, a leading international bank, is seeking an experienced Associate / Portfolio Manager to join its Structured Finance Portfolio Management team in London. This team is responsible for the ongoing management and credit oversight of a diverse portfolio spanning real estate, infrastructure, energy, project finance, and securitised products.
Key responsibilities include:
- Proactive monitoring of a diversified book of structured finance and securitised transactions.
- Leading credit reviews, covenant compliance, waivers, and amendments.
- Analysing financial and structural performance of deals, and preparing credit papers for internal committees.
- Working closely with origination, risk, and legal teams on refinancings, restructurings, and portfolio strategy.
- Maintaining strong relationships with clients, investors, and internal stakeholders.
- Supporting the broader team on portfolio reporting, regulatory compliance, and process enhancements.
Requirements:
- 3–6 years' experience in structured finance, securitisation, or related credit role.
- Strong analytical and financial modelling skills.
- Understanding of structured products, project or real estate finance, or asset-backed lending.
- Experience with portfolio monitoring and transaction lifecycle management.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work across multiple transactions simultaneously.
