Digital Account Manager- Client Services- Programmatic

About the Role
A digital media business is seeking Client Services specialists who live and breathe their clients. This role suits someone who blends excellent relationship-building with a strong understanding of digital media, especially programmatic. You will be the day-to-day lead for key accounts, ensuring service excellence, delivery, communication, and long-term growth.
Key Responsibilities
• Own client relationships and act as the main point of contact
• Deeply understand each client's business, goals, challenges, and media roadmap
• Brief the trading team clearly and ensure campaigns are delivered flawlessly
• Provide performance updates, insights, and strategic recommendations
• Collaborate closely with Traders and leadership to enhance client output
• Lead client meetings, QBRs, and campaign wrap-ups
• Spot growth opportunities and drive account development
Skills & Experience
• Experience in a Client Services or Account Management role within digital media
• Understanding of programmatic channels (CTV, display, video etc.)
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Highly organised, dependable, and client-obsessed
• Ability to turn data into compelling stories and actionable insight
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, scaling environment
