Head Bartender - Rock and Star

£14.50 per hour

Venues: The Mowbray, The Chimney House and The Victoria, Sheffield

The Role…We're looking for an experienced and charismatic Head Bartender to join our team across three of Sheffield's most distinctive venues - The Mowbray, The Chimney House and The Victoria.

This is a hands on leadership role where you'll combine creativity, skill and precision to deliver exceptional bar experiences for weddings, private dining, parties and corporate events.

You'll lead your team with energy and style, ensuring every bar is prepped to perfection, every guest feels looked after and every drink leaves a lasting impression.

You'll thrive in fast-paced, high-volume service, keep calm under pressure, and bring a genuine passion for craft cocktails, teamwork and the guest experience.

What we're looking for…

  • 1 - 2 years' experience in a senior or head bartender role within premium hospitality or events

  • Strong cocktail and spirits knowledge - from classics to creative builds

  • Confident leading and motivating a team in a busy, dynamic environment to meet targets

  • Excellent communicator and team player with a "yes" mentality

  • Punctual, reliable and organised with a keen sense of pace and precision

  • Passionate about great drinks, beautiful spaces and memorable experiences

  • Flexible and available for both daytime, weekend and evening event shifts
