Description

  • Ensure full compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements across all manufacturing operations
  • Proactively identify and resolve quality issues to drive continuous improvement
  • Develop, implement, and maintain robust quality control procedures and documentation
  • Lead regular audits and inspections within the production environment to uphold standards
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address and resolve quality concerns effectively
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to colleagues and stakeholders
  • Analyse quality data to uncover trends and recommend process enhancements
  • Champion customer satisfaction by consistently maintaining high product quality

Profile

A successful Senior Quality Engineer should have:

  • A solid track record in quality engineering within industrial and manufacturing environments
  • Demonstrated success in implementing and sustaining quality standards
  • In-depth knowledge of quality management systems, processes, and compliance frameworks
  • Sharp problem-solving and analytical abilities to tackle complex quality challenges
